About the Blog

What do you do when you get royally bored? I don't know about you, but I like to curl up with something with enough thought behind it to catch my attention, be it a book, a video game, a song, or even a blog. You out there on the internet can call me Crafty, and I'm here with this website for a couple reasons, but one big one: to rant about everything life has to offer us. It doesn't matter where you come from or who you are to me. Just enjoy my many ramblings in blog format. Don't forget to leave comments on my latest post to give a suggestion on what I should cover next!

My blogs not only will allow me to rant, but also tell snippets from my journey to self-improvement. Starting from late December 2023, I had a bit of a forced epiphany regarding my life. Ever since then, I've been working to make my life more productive, more thoughtful, and, of course, more worthwhile. This blog is just another step in all three part of that. 

I'll post a new blog on the site whenever inspiration strikes, but I'll try to at least put a new update in every Friday. Alongside that, if you want to catch me ranting while playing video games, I inconsistently stream over on Twitch, so feel free to join me there. Last but not least, this whole thing is for fun. If you disagree with me on my points, great! If you don't, great! Everyone is entitled to their opinion, after all. This is just my take on the world, it's even in the title!

About the Guy with Opinions 

How is it hanging, folks! All of you out there on the internet can call me Crafty. I know this is quite literally an "about me" section, but most details are going to be omitted to protect identity. But whatever! I'm [REDACTED], I live in [REDACTED] in the US, and I am 100% [REDACTED].

All jokes aside, I'm mostly just a person who wants to talk about this crazy little life we all share. My skills lie in writing and storytelling, the arts and thoughtful conversation... and also being strong. Just a little bit. I crack jokes, I spend time being productive, I relax, I do all the things humans need to function. I'm not so different to all of you, in more ways than you might think.

Quick "fun fact" about the name I'm using online: Crafty is actually the name of one of my characters! Since I spend a fair amount of time thinking up great stories, Crafty was one of the first and one of my greatest. However, there are plenty of distinctions, and if I ever talk about the character, I'll refer to myself as CraftyManx (my full username), and him as Crafty Silverslash.
